In 1990, while preparing a delicious southwestern burger, Chef Dave mixed some jalapeno peppers into his ketchup and created Ketchapeño! When customers and employees started asking for bottles of his jalapeno-flavored ketchup, David Schy knew he was on to something big.
Now, fifteen years later, Ketchapeño can be found in hundreds of stores and restaurants across the United States and Mexico. Chef Dave has expanded the line to include Ketchipotle, Ketchonfire and Buff-a-Que.
